Anatomical implants — sometimes called teardrop or shaped implants — have more volume towards the base and taper towards the top, following the slope of the natural breast. They are not suited to every patient, and the decision between round and anatomical implants depends on individual anatomy, existing tissue characteristics, and the patient's specific goals.
