# Eyelid and Brow Lift Surgery

The eyes and brows are typically the first place most people notice facial change. Heaviness in the upper lid, bags or hollowing below the eye, descent of the brow position, and forehead lines all develop at different rates and from different anatomical causes. That makes the surgical decision more nuanced than it first appears. The right procedure depends on which structure is actually driving the concern, and that determination needs physical assessment rather than self-diagnosis. Dr Scott J Turner is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) with specific training in eyelid, brow, and upper-face surgery.
