# Vertical Restore Facelift

A Vertical Restore Facelift, also called a vertical facelift, is Dr Turner's term for comprehensive surgical planning across multiple facial areas in one operation, where clinically appropriate. Rather than treating the brow, eyelids, midface, lower face, jawline, neck and facial volume as separate decisions, the Vertical Restore approach assesses these areas together. The plan may include deep plane facelift, deep neck lift, brow lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty and facial fat transfer, with the lifting vector aligned vertically against the direction of tissue descent rather than laterally toward the ears. Not every patient requires every component.
