Before You Leave Home
Fasting Requirements
- For your safety, do not eat or drink anything (including water) for 6 hours before your scheduled surgery time
- Take only medications specifically approved by Dr Turner with a small sip of water
- Avoid chewing gum on the day of surgery

If you’re going home on the same day:
