Our Complaints Process
- Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within two business days.
- Investigation: Your complaint will be reviewed objectively and fairly by our practice manager.
- Communication: We may contact you for further information or clarification.
- Resolution: We aim to resolve all complaints within 30 days and will keep you informed of progress.
- Outcome: Once a resolution is reached, we will communicate the outcome to you in writing or invite you to discuss it in person if appropriate.
All complaints are documented and handled confidentially, in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles. Your personal information will only be used for the purpose of investigating and resolving your complaint.
